ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE

BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

January 23, 2007  

CALL TO ORDER:

             Bill Leavitt called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. Members in attendance were Bill Leavitt, Dave Hubbard, Tom Voss, Joyce Kendall and Bud Stewart. Manager Nancy Leighton representing Progressive Community Management, Inc.

PROPER MEETING NOTICE:

            Affidavits were presented stating that notice had been mailed to all owners in accordance with the Bylaws of the Association and requirements of Florida Statutes.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:

            Motion by Tom Voss nominating Bill Leavitt as President. Motion passed.

            Motion by Tom Voss nominating Joyce Kendall as Secretary. Motion passed

            Motion by Tom Voss nominating Dave Hubbard as Treasurer. Motion passed

            Motion by Bud Steward nominating Tom Voss as Vice President. Motion passed

NEXT MEETING

            The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 10, 2007 at the Cabana.         

ADJOURNMENT:

            There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
